Planting guide

Grapes need to be a fully developed plant before they should be fruited. For the first two years prune all the bunches off the plant to promote vegetative growth. In the third year you should have 3 bunches per vine and in the fourth year onwards you should have 5 bunches per vine.

Indoor grapes should be watered carefully and you will need to prevent drought.

Outdoor grapes only need watering during dry spells and really hot weather.

Grapes do much better indoors and dessert grapes may only grow indoors.

Planting Months

November - March

Harvest Months
